About me:

 

My path to wellness began growing up in an Indian family. Yoga was a way of life at home, but at the end of the day I was also an American kid with a love of macaroni & cheese, Van Halen, muscle cars and Betsey Johnson.

I began practicing yoga, Ayurveda, & meditation more intentionally about 15 years ago to deal with post-traumatic stress. I realized their holistic effects as I began to experience more peace, and other areas of my life began to shift & change.
This led me on an amazing journey of healing & self-discovery in the broader wellness community.

I believe one of the most important components of wellness is food. My recipes reflect a passion for seasonal produce, living a conscious lifestyle, my travels, and the flavorful Indian meals & dishes of the American South I grew up with.

I hope what I share here resonates with you and helps you on your own wellness journey.
